Price

Remote training at the price of 1,350 EUR (plus VAT).

Term of Payment

The training fee is due immediately after registration without deduction. We will send a corresponding invoice as PDF to the given email address shortly.
In case of a rebooking or cancellation, any fees paid in excess will be refunded immediately.

Rebooking

Rebooking to an alternative date is free of charge, provided that it is made at least 5 working days before the start of the training. After payment of the training fee, the participant will receive a voucher for participation in an alternative date. The alternative date must be used within 12 months of the originally booked training. If a rebooking is made less than 5 working days before the start of the training, 50 percent of the training fees will be charged, provided that the minimum number of participants (3 participants) is not reached. There will be no crediting to a training course held later.

Cancellations by the Participant

If the participant is unable to attend, he/she can provide a substitute person to take part in the training at no additional cost. The contractual obligations of the participant remain unaffected. In case of cancellation - without providing a substitute person - up to 5 working days before the start of the training macmon secure charges a cancellation fee of 50% of the training fees. If the cancellation - without the provision of a replacement person - is made less than 5 working days before the start of the training, the entire training fee will be charged.

Cancellations by macmon secure

macmon secure reserves the right to cancel a training course if it cannot be carried out as agreed due to circumstances beyond the control of macmon secure, in particular if one or more instructors are absent through no fault of their own. The same applies if the minimum number of participants (3 participants) is not reached at the registration deadline. The customer or the participants will be informed of this immediately. Possibly paid training fees will be refunded. macmon secure does not take over any costs of the participant, which result from the cancellation (e.g. cancellation fees for travel and accommodation), as far as macmon secure is not responsible for the cancellation.

Technical requirements

A professional video conferencing solution offers participants the opportunity to actively participate in the training. Tasks can be worked on and discussed together. The practical exercises are carried out in virtual training labs, which are provided in advance. (The integration of an own switch is optionally possible).

An Internet connection (DSL 25 or higher) and a current PC or laptop with a webcam is required to participate. You will find more detailed specifications in our Technical Requirements.
